Delivery shall be made to the delivery address specified by you in your order.
Unless otherwise stated at the checkout when you place your order, the price of postage will be allocated according to the weight and / or package volume of the item(s), and including VAT for standard delivery via our signed-for delivery service.
We aim to deliver all goods within seven (7) working days of your order being confirmed. We will notify you of any delay in delivering your goods as soon as possible.
Please note that, whilst we endeavor to deliver all goods within the times specified on our Webpage, all delivery times are approximate and we shall not be liable for any delay in delivery of the goods, howsoever caused.
If after seven (7) working days you have not received your order then please call Customer Services on 0330 124 3100 (available Monday to Friday 9.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m., excluding public holidays) or email EveryoneActive@d2ffitness.com. Please make sure you have your order number to hand when contacting us.
Please be aware that all such deliveries require a signature to confirm receipt. If the initial delivery attempt is unsuccessful, a delivery card will be left at the address and a second delivery attempt will be made the next working day (unless you contact the courier company beforehand to arrange an alternative delivery date). In the event that the second delivery attempt is unsuccessful, a delivery card will be left at the address and a third delivery attempt will be made the next working day (unless you contact the courier company beforehand to arrange an alternative delivery date). In the event that the third delivery attempt is unsuccessful, your goods will be returned to us and you will be charged a further £4.99 for redelivery in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
Therefore, we strongly recommend that you provide a delivery address where there will always be someone available to sign for the delivery (such as a work address).
If you have registered with us via our Webpage, you can check your order status and, where applicable, track items that you have ordered from us.
Risk of damage to or loss of the goods shall pass to you at the time of delivery to the delivery address specified in your order.
If the delivery address is outside of the UK, you are likely to incur additional costs for delivery. If this should occur, you will be contacted by our customer support team who will advise you of the additional costs. These are calculated based on the weight and / or package volume of the products and the delivery destination. PLEASE NOTE: Additional delivery costs may be significant for deliveries outside the EU and we cannot ship alcohol to outside of UK Mainland.
Please be aware that overseas delivery times and costs may vary and you will be entirely responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes or similar in the country to where goods are delivered.
